SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY


High Society Pet Boutique makes every effort to ship your in-stock items within  3-5 business days of receiving your order. Please allow for extra time during holidays and busier seasons. Many items are custom and will be shipped to you straight from our designers. We abide by their approximate shipping times, which vary. You may view each designer’s shipping times on the product page. Please note: you may look forward to receiving several packages at no additional cost to you. All shipping times are approximate. We will do our very best to get your order to you in the most timely fashion available.
If we find an item to be out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible. This may happen if a designer discontinues a certain piece of fabric. We try to ensure that this does not happen.
HSPB is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses given, refused shipments, and/or and not limited, to lost packages. All packages are shipped, with tracking available. You will be sent an email when your order has shipped, partially or in full. Your order may be delayed if we are awaiting an item so we may ship in its entirety. Once your package reaches its final destination, High Society Pet Boutique has no further responsibility. We have no control of postal services once your package leaves us and is scanned for delivery.
You will see your final shipping costs, if any, prior to check out. Please email us if you have any questions at all. We will be more than glad to assist you.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At HSPB, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pet parents are busy, so we've made our return policies easy and convenient. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for the purchase price (minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other charges). The product must be in its original packaging and if tried on pet must be clean to avoid the transfer of odor.
Returns are accepted if there is a defect in the product in all circumstances. You must email us within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
All returned clothing merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with sizing tags, packaging materials, unworn, and in pristine condition. No items will be accepted for returns/exchanges that have dog hair on them. If you were unsure of sizing, we strongly suggest you measuring your dog and then measure the piece of clothing you ordered prior to trying it on your dog. Once it has been tried on, there is a possibility it may not be returnable. This policy is to ensure that every customer of High Society Pet Boutique receives items in new, excellent condition.
Any clearance, sale, personalized, custom order, costumes, or perishable orders will not be accepted for return.
Any of our made-to-order collars are also not eligible for exchange. Any custom work is also not returnable. These items are made to your order for your pet.
Due to strict health regulations, NO returns can be accepted on carriers, blankets, or beds. We also do not accept returns on treats and/or perishables.
Remember: NO dog toy is indestructible, please be aware that toys are not returnable items. We do recommend shipping your item back to us in the event we are accepting your return with a carrier that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
Please be advised that not all designers use the same sizing measurements. Be sure to check each designer's sizing chart. Proper measurement is the surest way to avoid returns due to sizing issues. To guide you in measuring your dog and choosing the right items, we provide sizing charts for our designer brands and our custom dog clothes.

·       Pack the item safely and securely for shipping. Select the reason for return on your packing slip and include the packing slip and return authorization number with your item (retain a copy for your records).
·       Affix the shipping label provided and send the package.
·       Refunds are issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
·       Retain a copy of the packing slip and tracking number for your return shipment.
·       You will receive an email notification when your return is processed. Please allow 3-7 days for credit processing depending on your bank

Please allow additional time for exchanges. Some items are shipped from the designer or specially ordered at the time of purchase. In that case, we do not re-order until we have the returned/exchanged merchandise and verify that it meets our criteria.
·       If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Include your order number, date of purchase, and item number. Please also describe the defective merchandise.
·       If you do not receive your merchandise within 30 days of your original order, please contact us immediately.
·       You are responsible to provide us with the correct mailing address. If your purchase has to be reshipped due to an insufficient address, you will be billed all shipping costs.
